John Sutton has been consulting public radio stations and organizations since 1997 after working at NPR for ten years. He specializes in strategic planning, audience research, programming and branding strategies, revenue development, and on-air pledge drives.
Sonja Lee helps stations with strategic pledge drive planning, preparation, and implementation, including providing on-site producing and on-air pitching support. Prior to becoming a consultant Sonja worked as a program director as several NPR stations and in public television fundraising.
